No puedo eliminar virus con Kaspersky

Hola, tengo un problema y es que el antivirus Kaspersky me detecto 18 virus los cuales no me los deja borrar.
Alguien podria decirme que hacer, gracias,aca dejo una foto con los virus q por las dudas dfejo el log del hijackthis, desde ya gracias:
