xerox docucolor 4lp no imprime a color solo en negro

compañeros del medio tengo una impresora xerox a color pero ya me rompi la cabeza y no puedo solucionar el roblema
imprime solo en negro no imprime full color las impresiones solo salen en negro el carrusel de los cartuchos de revelado y toner giran normalmente el motor de alimentacion de toner ok el clotch que mueve el magnet roller ok este equipo no lo conosco pero tengo esperiencia en otras marcas y esta impresora me esta comiendo paseneme la teoria de operacion de esta impresora el manual o comente que sensores motores clotch solenoides peudo revisar lo queen su experiencia me puede estar causando esta falla dde antemano gracias

Prints Black and White Only
Problem
Jobs print out in Black and White (B/W), even the test page from the print driver.
Test pages from the DC4 Print Pages menu also print B/W.
The Cyan, Magenta and Yellow color plates are missing all together, it is NOT converted to gray scale.
Only the Black data is present.
Cause
The DC4 lays down color from the drum to the IBT in this order, Yellow, Magenta, Cyan and then Black.
The IBT Cleaning station is located right after the Transfer Station.
If the cleaning assembly is cammed up during the print cycle, then this is what happens:
Drum is wiped clean, Yellow is applied
Yellow is wiped clean, Magenta is applied
Magenta is wiped clean, Cyan is applied
Cyan is wiped clean, Black is applied
The image is transferred (now with only black ink)
The problem is the cleaning system is stuck against the IBT when i should be cammed away.
The camming action is caused by ramps which are located on the fuser tray assembly and are driven by gears in the assembly and controlled by a clutch in the same assembly.
A xerox technical representative should troubleshoot the cleaning assembly
( saca la charola completa del lado izquierdo donde va el fuser y por debajo al fondo esta este emsamble a de estar y revisa por ahii ) saludos

ahora me marca u1-3 me podrian pasar todos los codigos de error de este equipo por que en otras ocaciones me marco u4-1 y tambien u3-5 y no mas no doy con bolas jejejejejejeje de antemano gracias por su tiempo y tan baliosa coperacion
