Ricoh Aficio 450 SC322-00

Después de realizar una limpieza me arroja el código SC322-00 y probé de todo ayúdenme por favor limpie todos los cristales y los lentes del láser y resetee en el sp el error y sigue que es lo que puedo hacer

SC322 LASER SYNCH PROBLEM.
prueba desmontando la tarjeta del LED laser y limpialo con muchísimo cuidado, hay veces que no es el sistema de espejos sino el LED mismo que está sucio.

El SC 322 ocurre por qu el laser pierde posicion, o bien se ensucia el cañon del laser, si haces la limpieza y se aspira cerca puede ocurrir este error, intenta esto

Acabo de realizar lo que esta en el documento adjunto y nada que desaparece el error

SC322: 1st laser synchronization error

The 1st laser synchronization signal cannot be detected by the main scan
synchronization detector board even if the laser diodes are activated.
- Possible causes -
· Poor connection between the laser synchronization detector board and the
LD unit.
· Laser synchronization detector board out of position
· Laser synchronization detector board defective
· LD unit defective

Laser beam pitch adjustment
There are two laser beam pitch adjustment procedures: one for 400 dpi, and one
for 600 dpi. These adjustments use the following SP modes.
· SP2-109-1: LD Beam Pitch Adjustment – 400 dpi
· SP2-109-2: LD Beam Pitch Adjustment – 600 dpi
· SP2-109-3: LD Initial Setting – 400 dpi
· SP2-109-4: LD Initial Setting – 600 dpi
· SP2-902-2, no.12: IPU Test Pattern – Cross Stitch – 400 dpi
· SP2-902-2, no.13: IPU Test Pattern – Cross Stitch – 600 dpi
1. Do SP 2-109-8.
2. Input the value “144” into SP2-109-1.
3. Perform SP2-109-3.
4. Print the 400-dpi test pattern onto A3 (11”x17”) paper using SP2-902-2 no.12.
5. Write the value of SP2-109-1 on the test pattern (in this case “144”).
6. Change the value of SP2-109-1 and print another test pattern, repeating steps
2 to 4. Print about 5 patterns with different values for SP2-109-1 (e.g. “48”, “96”,
“192”, “240”).
7. Check these test patterns. If the laser beam pitch is not correct, the image
looks like a black vertical strip pattern.
NOTE: As an example, if the pattern made with the value “192” has less
obvious strips than the other print outs, the correct value is near “192”.
8. Adjust the laser beam pitch position until the thin lines are of uniform thickness
(no striping effect should appear on the printout), doing steps 2, 3, and 4 (in
step 2, input a value which is estimated to be correct, then do steps 3 and 4,
then if necessary go back to step 2 and try another value).
9. After adjusting the laser beam pitch for 400 dpi, adjust the laser beam pitch for
600 dpi, using the same procedure as for 400 dpi (use the SP modes for 600
dpi). When starting the adjustment for 600 dpi input value for SP2-104-1
between 24 and 48 higher than the result for 400 dpi.

Si no reemplaza el motor poligonal y ya.

Si el motor poligonal no funciona el error seria SC 320, en cuanto al ajuste si no sirvio lo que hay que remplazar es la tarjeta laser o bien el detector de sincronozacion del laser.

Hola compañero, si ya has efectuado lo que muy acertadamente aconsejan los compañeros; baja la unidad LD y en la parte superior encontrarás un sello blanco, quitalo y limpia, con mucho cuidado utilizando copitos de algodón, los diodos laser. Es muy frecuente que se llenen de tinta al efectuar limpieza. Luego de terminar, coloca nuevamente el sello y monta la unidad, de ser necesario debes repitir la acción uno o dos ocasiones hasta lograr desaparecer el código.
