Ricoh 7670 touch panel

Tengo una copiadora Ricoh 7670 y el touch panel al tocarlo no está ajustado al fondo, es decir debo pulsar mas abajo para que escoja lo que yo quiero en el panel, si alguien me puede ayudar diciéndome que debo hacer para arreglarlo.

En cuanto a la Ricoh Ft 7670

Por lo general esros display se desprograma el "sensitive touch sensor",

Entra en Interrupt y clear/stop por 3 segundos.

te saldra una flechita en una esquina y alli pulsas con algo finoen la izquierda arriba, luego igual en la otra esquina derecha abajo. Cuando lo hagas no toque cualquier parte con los dedos, usa algo fino.
Para asegurarte de que quedo bien ..selecciona cualquier punto y tocalo y tiene que coincidir donde tocaste con donde marca. Te saldrá + en cada lugar que marques.Si te sale apartado otra vez..vuelve desde el comienzo.Y si está correcto.. dale # (enter)

1. Press the interrupt key then hold down the clear/stop key for more than
three seconds.
2. Follow the guidance on the LCD.
3. Touch the upper left corner [A].
4. Touch the lower right corner [B].
NOTE: When touching the corner, do not touch inaccurately with finger
but touch the corner precisely using a sharp object such as a
pen (do not press too hard to avoid any damage).
5. Touch a few positions to confirm that the touch panel is correctly
adjusted.
NOTE: When a part of the touch panel display is touched, the
responding position indicates a "+" mark. If this "+" mark is more
than 7 mm away from the actually touched point, press the
clear/stop key and start the adjustment from the beginning.
6. If the adjustment is correct, press the enter key "#".
NOTE: Do not skip this step, otherwise, the result of the latest
adjustment is ignored.
